Exhibition Winners – Next Steps

Congratulations on your winning entry!

In order to complete your submission, there are two actions for you:

  1. Pay the exhibition fee. The cost to participate is £50 per image. This fee enables us to professionally print, mount and frame the photo for the exhibition. You get to keep the framed print(s), or choose to sell it, after the exhibition end. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via this link.
  2. Submit the full-res image.
    1. Export your full-size image as a 16-bit TIFF with the colour profile embedded (Adobe RGB or sRGB). Please don't convert to CMYK or apply any output sharpening.
    2. Rename the file to the format: FIRSTNAME LASTNAME - IMAGE TITLE.TIFF
    3. Submit the image via this Dropbox link.

The deadline for payment and final image submission is Friday 9th January 2026.
